Rental Duration
- The favor wall rental is for a maximum of 4 hours per event, starting from the agreed setup completion time
- Additional hours are chargeable and subject to availability.
Wall Design & Colours
- The rental includes a basic colour wall as selected from our available options (catalogue will be given upon order confirmation).
- Any customisation (e.g. floral arrangements, signage, or special colour requests) may incur additional charges.
Setup & Collection
- Setup and collection will be handled by our team.
- Please ensure venue access is granted at least 1 hour before event start for setup and 30 minutes after for teardown.
Venue Requirements
- A suitable space (flat and sheltered area) must be provided for the wall installation.
- The client is responsible for ensuring permission from the venue to install the wall.
Damage or Loss
- The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or staining of the wall or its accessories during the rental period.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for partial refund (excluding administrative fees).
Liability
- A Love Knot is not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage resulting from improper use of the favor wall.
- The wall is intended for decorative and display purposes only.
